T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den vatanda\u015fl\u0131k almak isteyenlerin s\u0131kl\u0131kla m\u00fcracaat etti\u011fi bu yol hukuki a\u00e7\u0131dan m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den 400 bin dolara ev alarak yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmak ve bunun sonucunda da vatanda\u015fl\u0131k talebinde bulunmak i\u00e7in baz\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin takip edilmesi gerekir. Ko\u015fullar\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 durumunda vatanda\u015fl\u0131k al\u0131nabilir. \u00d6zellikle belirtmek gerekir ki bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te deneyimli bir<a href=\"https:\/\/esen.av.tr\/en\/portfolio\/yabancilar-hukuku\/\">yabanc\u0131lar hukuku avukat\u0131<\/a>ndan yard\u0131m almak, hak ve menfaat kayb\u0131 ya\u015fanmamas\u0131 ad\u0131na \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Yat\u0131r\u0131m Yoluyla T\u00fcrk Vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (400 Bin Dolara Ev Alarak T\u00fcrk Vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131) Nedir?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kazan\u0131lma yollar\u0131ndan biri olan Yat\u0131r\u0131m Yoluyla T\u00fcrk Vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (400 Bin dolara Ev Alarak T\u00fcrk Vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131) i\u00e7in 400 bin dolar de\u011ferinde bir gayrimenkul sat\u0131n almak gerekir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Yabanc\u0131 ki\u015filerin ba\u015fvurdu\u011fu bu y\u00f6ntemde al\u0131nacak gayrimenkul\u00fcn 3 y\u0131l s\u00fcresince sat\u0131lmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n tapu kayd\u0131na \u015ferhi gerekmektedir. Yat\u0131r\u0131m Yoluyla T\u00fcrk Vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 400 Bin dolara Ev Alarak T\u00fcrk Vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131) bu \u015fekilde kazan\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Yap\u0131lan d\u00fczenlemeler kapsam\u0131nda 5901 say\u0131l\u0131 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mevzuat.gov.tr\/MevzuatMetin\/1.5.5901.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">T\u00fcrk Vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Kanunu<\/a> madde 12 de bu konuya yer verilmektedir. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra 27544 say\u0131l\u0131 resmi gazete T\u00fcrk Vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Kanunu Uygulanmas\u0131na Dair Y\u00f6netmelik madde 20 de de d\u00fczenlemeler yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Son d\u00fczenleme ise 12 May\u0131s 2022 tarihinde de\u011fi\u015fiklik d\u00fczenlemesi olarak kayda ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Yat\u0131r\u0131m Yoluyla T\u00fcrk Vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 istisnai yollardan biridir. Bu y\u00f6ntemle vatanda\u015fl\u0131k al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 zaman izlenecek s\u00fcre\u00e7te birtak\u0131m teknik ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n yerine getirilmesi gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Vatanda\u015fl\u0131k almak isteyenler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bu s\u00fcrecin bir avukat yard\u0131m\u0131 ile ilerlemesi hak kayb\u0131 ya\u015fanmamas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6neme haizdir. \u0130dare vatanda\u015fl\u0131k al\u0131nmas\u0131 s\u00fcrecinde uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 politikalarda olan de\u011fi\u015fikliklere istinaden yeni uygulamalar\u0131n takip edilmesi gerekir.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">400 Bin Dolara Ev Alarak Vatanda\u015fl\u0131k Kazan\u0131lmas\u0131<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">400 bin dolara ev alarak vatanda\u015fl\u0131k kazan\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ko\u015fullar\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gerekir. Yap\u0131lan d\u00fczenlemeler kapsam\u0131nda yabanc\u0131lara verilen bu hak istisnai yoldan T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 al\u0131nmas\u0131 \u015feklindedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Bu kapsamda baz\u0131 \u015fartlar\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat edilmektedir. Yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n ko\u015fullar\u0131 sa\u011flamas\u0131 durumunda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den 400 bin dolara ev alarak vatanda\u015fl\u0131k kazanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ba\u015fvurular\u0131 de\u011ferlendirilir.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Yabanc\u0131 ki\u015finin kamu d\u00fczeni y\u00f6n\u00fcnden sak\u0131ncal\u0131 bir durumunun olmamas\u0131,<\/li>\n<li>Ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n de\u011ferinin en az 400 bin dolar olmas\u0131,<\/li>\n<li>Sat\u0131n al\u0131nan en az 400 bin dolar de\u011ferindeki ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n tapu kayd\u0131na 3 y\u0131l boyunca sat\u0131lmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u015ferh edilmesi gerekir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Yabanc\u0131 ki\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan sat\u0131n al\u0131nan evin de baz\u0131 \u00f6zellikler bak\u0131m\u0131ndan uygun olmas\u0131 gerekir. D\u00fczenleme \u00f6ncesinde ev sat\u0131n al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 zaman \u00f6denmesi gereken miktar 250 bin dolar olurken son d\u00fczenlemelerin ard\u0131ndan bu miktar 400 bin dolara \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Ta\u015f\u0131nmaz Sat\u0131n Al\u0131rken Yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n Uymas\u0131 Gereken Kurallar<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Kanunda yer alan d\u00fczenlemeler kapsam\u0131nda yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den ta\u015f\u0131nmaz sat\u0131n alacaklar\u0131 zaman birtak\u0131m ko\u015fullar\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den konut alacak olan \u00fclke vatanda\u015flar\u0131 baz\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rlamalara tabidir.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Yabanc\u0131 ki\u015finin ger\u00e7ek ki\u015fi olmas\u0131 halinde vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 karar\u0131 ile verilmi\u015f olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na bak\u0131l\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Sat\u0131n al\u0131nacak ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n toplam alan\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zel m\u00fclkiyete konu olan il\u00e7e y\u00fcz\u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcne oran\u0131 %10\u2019u ge\u00e7memek zorundad\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 yetkisinde olan ve ger\u00e7ek ki\u015filerin \u00fclke genelinde sat\u0131n alabilecekleri ta\u015f\u0131nmaz al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n 30 hektar\u0131 ge\u00e7memesi gerekir. Baz\u0131 hallerde bu s\u0131n\u0131r 60 hektara kadar \u00e7\u0131kabilir.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00fczel ki\u015filerin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ta\u015f\u0131nmaz yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yapmas\u0131na izin verilmemektedir. Ticaret firmalar\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131nmaz al\u0131m\u0131 yapabilmektedir. Ticaret firmalar\u0131n\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131nmaz al\u0131m\u0131 yaparken proje sunmas\u0131 gerekir. Proje amac\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar Bakanl\u0131k taraf\u0131ndan iptal edilebilir.<\/li>\n<li>Yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131nmaz sat\u0131n alamayaca\u011f\u0131 alanlar askeri yasak b\u00f6lgeler ve g\u00fcvenlik b\u00f6lgeleridir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">400 Bin Dolara Ev Sat\u0131n Alarak T\u00fcrk Vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">400 bin dolara ev sat\u0131n alarak T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 zaman birtak\u0131m kriterlerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na bak\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te de\u011ferlendirilen durumlar a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki gibidir:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Yabanc\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alabilmesi i\u00e7in durumu de\u011ferlendirilir.<\/li>\n<li>Vatanda\u015fl\u0131k al\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in daha kolay bir yol varsa bu yolun tercih edilmesi uygun olur.<\/li>\n<li>Vatanda\u015fl\u0131k al\u0131nabilmesi i\u00e7in ilk yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n sat\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131d\u0131r. Ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n de\u011feri en az 400 bin dolar olmal\u0131 ve vatanda\u015fl\u0131k al\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in bu ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131n uygun olmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/li>\n<li>Ta\u015f\u0131nmaz al\u0131n\u0131rken 3 y\u0131l sat\u0131lmamak kayd\u0131 ile ta\u015f\u0131nmaza \u015ferh koyulur.<\/li>\n<li>Ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n sat\u0131n al\u0131nma i\u015flemi tamamland\u0131ktan sonra yabanc\u0131dan talep edilecek belgelerin haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/li>\n<li>\u0130l G\u00f6\u00e7 \u0130daresi\u2019ne yap\u0131lacak ba\u015fvurunun ard\u0131ndan vatanda\u015fl\u0131k ba\u015fvurusu yap\u0131lmak \u00fczere N\u00fcfus ve Vatanda\u015fl\u0131k \u0130\u015fleri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne dilek\u00e7eler ve ek belgeler sunulur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Yat\u0131r\u0131m Yoluyla T\u00fcrk Vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (400 Bin Dolara Konut Alarak T\u00fcrk Vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131) Ne Kadar S\u00fcrede Tamamlan\u0131r?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Yat\u0131r\u0131m Yoluyla T\u00fcrk Vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 tamamlanma s\u00fcreci birtak\u0131m incelemeler yap\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra sonlan\u0131r. Yabanc\u0131 ki\u015finin gerekli belgeleri ilgili kurumlara sunmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan inceleme s\u00fcreci ba\u015flat\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ko\u015fullar\u0131 sa\u011flayan yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n inceleme s\u00fcrecinin sonunda vatanda\u015fl\u0131k alabilmesi s\u00f6z konusudur. \u00d6ncelikle yabanc\u0131n\u0131n daha kolay bir \u015fekilde vatanda\u015fl\u0131k alabilmesi s\u00f6z konusu ise bu y\u00f6ntem tercih edilecektir. Vatanda\u015fl\u0131k alabilmek i\u00e7in daha uygun bir yol olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda ise ev sat\u0131n alarak T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazan\u0131lmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u00d6ncelikle yabanc\u0131 ki\u015finin sat\u0131n alaca\u011f\u0131 evi bir T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015f\u0131ndan almas\u0131 gerekir. Yabanc\u0131 ki\u015filerden al\u0131nacak ev vatanda\u015fl\u0131k ba\u015fvurusu i\u00e7in uygun olmaz. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra evin sat\u0131n al\u0131nabilmesi i\u00e7in ge\u00e7ecek s\u00fcrede de\u011fi\u015fkenlik olabilir. Ortalama olarak 7-8 ay civar\u0131nda ev sat\u0131n alma s\u00fcreci olur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ta\u015f\u0131nmaz sat\u0131n al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 zaman tapuya 3 y\u0131l boyunca sat\u0131lmayaca\u011f\u0131na dair \u015ferh konulmaktad\u0131r. Tapuda yap\u0131lacak \u015ferh i\u015flemi i\u00e7in de k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre gerekir. Bu i\u015flemler 1-2 ay i\u00e7inde tamamlanabilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Evin sat\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve tapuya \u015ferh konulmas\u0131 ile ba\u015fvuru s\u00fcreci ba\u015flat\u0131labilir. Bu durumda da vatanda\u015fl\u0131k ba\u015fvurusu yapacak ki\u015fiden birtak\u0131m belgeler talep edilir. \u0130lgili belgelerin yetkili birimlere teslim edilmesinin ard\u0131ndan da 6-7 ay s\u00fcrebilecek olan inceleme s\u00fcrecine ge\u00e7ilir.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Yat\u0131r\u0131m Yoluyla T\u00fcrk Vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00dccreti (Masraflar)<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Yat\u0131r\u0131m Yoluyla T\u00fcrk Vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Yap\u0131lacak Masraflar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7e\u015fitli kalemlerden s\u00f6z edilebilir. Vatanda\u015fl\u0131k almak isteyen yabanc\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ncelikle 400 bin dolar de\u011ferinde bir ev sat\u0131n alm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Bu evin vatanda\u015fl\u0131k al\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in uygun \u00f6zellikte olmas\u0131 da zorunludur. Aksi durumda vatanda\u015fl\u0131k ba\u015fvurusu geri \u00e7evrilir. Ev sat\u0131n al\u0131n\u0131rken de T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015f\u0131ndan evin al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekir. Yabanc\u0131dan yabanc\u0131ya yap\u0131lacak ev sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 vatanda\u015fl\u0131k ba\u015fvurusuna uygun olmaz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Vatanda\u015fl\u0131k ba\u015fvurusu s\u00fcreci \u00e7e\u015fitli masraflar\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 gerekli k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Evin sat\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131 ile tapuda \u015ferh konulmas\u0131 i\u015flemleri tamamlanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ev sat\u0131n al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 zaman vergilerin \u00f6denmesi, tapu masraflar\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Tapu harc\u0131 ve vergi gibi \u00f6demeler yap\u0131l\u0131rken evin de\u011ferine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak hesaplamalar yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Yabanc\u0131 ki\u015fi evi bir emlak\u00e7\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile ald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda emlak\u00e7\u0131ya da bir komisyon \u00f6denir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Bu komisyon evin de\u011feri \u00fczerinden belirlenmi\u015f olan bir miktard\u0131r. Bu miktar \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lacak emlak\u00e7\u0131ya ya da emlak \u015firketinin esnetme pay\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak de\u011fi\u015fkenlik g\u00f6sterebilir. Bununla birlikte belli bir y\u00fczdelik dilim \u00fczerinden hesaplama yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Vatanda\u015fl\u0131k al\u0131m\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitli masraf kalemlerinden s\u00f6z edilebilir. Bunlar aras\u0131nda noterden terc\u00fcme edilecek belgeler de yer al\u0131r. Talep edilen belgelerin say\u0131s\u0131 ve i\u00e7eri\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak da noter ve terc\u00fcme masraflar\u0131 olur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Yabanc\u0131 ki\u015fi bir avukatl\u0131k hizmeti al\u0131yorsa bu durumda da avukatl\u0131k \u00fccretleri s\u00f6z konusu olacakt\u0131r. Vatanda\u015fl\u0131k al\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in ba\u015fvuru yapacak olanlar\u0131n hukuki destek almas\u0131 hak ve zaman kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ecek bir yakla\u015f\u0131md\u0131r. Bu sebeple alan\u0131nda uzman bir hukuk\u00e7uya ba\u015fvurulmas\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Yat\u0131r\u0131m Yoluyla T\u00fcrk Vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0130\u00e7in Gerekli Belgeler<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Yat\u0131r\u0131m Yoluyla T\u00fcrk Vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (400 Bin dolara Ev Alarak T\u00fcrk Vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131) Gerekli Belgeler ilgili birimlere teslim edilir. Bu belgeler teslim edildikten sonra inceleme s\u00fcrecine ge\u00e7ilecektir. \u0130nceleme s\u00fcrecinde belgelerin ko\u015fullar\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131p ta\u015f\u0131mad\u0131\u011f\u0131na bak\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">S\u00fcrecin do\u011fru takip edilebilmesi i\u00e7in evraklar\u0131n eksiksiz ve tam olmas\u0131 gerekir. Ayr\u0131ca g\u00fcncel d\u00fczenlemelerin de yak\u0131ndan takip edilmesi zorunludur. G\u00fcncel d\u00fczenlemeler kapsam\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak de\u011fi\u015fikliklerden haberdar olunmamas\u0131 ba\u015fvuru sahibi i\u00e7in zaman kayb\u0131na neden olabilir. K\u0131sa d\u00f6nem ikamet iznini vermeye yetkili birim \u0130l G\u00f6\u00e7 \u0130daresi\u2019dir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En az 400 bin dolar de\u011ferinde bir ev sat\u0131n alm\u0131\u015f olan ki\u015finin bu \u015fartlar\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131p ta\u015f\u0131mad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n onay\u0131n\u0131 ise \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 vermektedir. Vatanda\u015fl\u0131k ba\u015fvurusunu de\u011ferlendiren birim N\u00fcfus ve Vatanda\u015fl\u0131k \u0130\u015fleri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019d\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Vatanda\u015fl\u0131k kazanma karar\u0131 ise en son Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131\u2019n\u0131n onay\u0131na sunulur. Yabanc\u0131 ki\u015fi i\u00e7in vatanda\u015fl\u0131k alma noktas\u0131nda daha uygun bir yol olmas\u0131 durumunda vatanda\u015fl\u0131k ba\u015fvurusu i\u00e7in bu y\u00f6ntemin tercih edilmesi s\u00f6z konusu olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Yabanc\u0131 i\u00e7in T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazanma noktas\u0131nda daha uygun bir yol olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde de ev sat\u0131n alarak vatanda\u015fl\u0131k ba\u015fvurusu yap\u0131labilir. Yabanc\u0131 ki\u015fi vatanda\u015fl\u0131k ba\u015fvurusu yapaca\u011f\u0131 zaman eylem ve s\u00f6ylemleri ile de T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131l\u0131k te\u015fkil edecek davran\u0131\u015flardan ka\u00e7\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ba\u015fvurular\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda gayrimenkul\u00fcn sat\u0131n al\u0131nma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde bir dizi teknik a\u015famadan ge\u00e7ilir. Sat\u0131n al\u0131nacak evlere ili\u015fkin \u00f6zellikler Bakanl\u0131k taraf\u0131ndan her sene g\u00fcncel olarak yay\u0131mlanmaktad\u0131r. Bu kapsamda sat\u0131n al\u0131nacak evde aranacak \u00f6zelliklerin ba\u015f\u0131nda vatanda\u015fl\u0131k i\u00e7in uygunluk aran\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n vatanda\u015fl\u0131k i\u00e7in uygun oldu\u011funun anla\u015f\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in yay\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f olan baz\u0131 il ve il\u00e7elerde \u00e7e\u015fitli mahallelerdeki konutlar\u0131n dikkate al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekir.
