Ayn\u0131 maddi a\u00e7\u0131dan kalan miras i\u00e7in oldu\u011fu gibi ta\u015f\u0131nmaz mallarda da yine ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde belirli prosed\u00fcrlerden ge\u00e7mesi gerekmektedir. Miras olarak al\u0131nacak olan tapu i\u00e7in \u00f6ncelik olarak taraflara ya da varsa temsilcilere ait olan kimlik belgeleri gerekiyor. Ard\u0131ndan 1\u2019er adet foto\u011fraf, yap\u0131lacak olan i\u015flemde e\u011fer ki temsil edilme durumu s\u00f6z konusuysa yetki belgesi, vasi karar\u0131 ya da vekaletname gibi belgelerin ki\u015filerin yanlar\u0131nda yer almas\u0131 gereklidir. Ayn\u0131 \u015fey miras kalan ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar i\u00e7in \u00a0ge\u00e7erlidir. Bu poli\u00e7enin de eklenmesiyle \u00a0beraber ise gerekli olan evraklar tamamlanm\u0131\u015f olur.
